This team ordered bat from the late 1960s shows heavy use with hit marks on all sides of the barrel. There are blue and red rack marks along the back barrel. Tape had been applied to the handle but shows evidence of removal. The handle has been cracked and repaired. McCovey's uniform number "44" is on the knob end but is written over another number in black marker. McCovey signed the front barrel in black marker which rates a 7. The bat comes with a LOA from PSA/DNA and the signature is accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
