The tan leather glove has the "Mizuno" manufacturers tag stitched to the outside. On the outside thumb is "Japan." Above that is "35" in green pen. On the outside pinky is "MIZUNO." Above that is "LEWIS" in blue pen. On the inside thumb is the model number "MVW-504." On the heel is "MIZUNO" on the outside and ""STEER SOFT" on the inside. On the pocket is "WORLD WIN and "CUSTOM SELECTED PREMIER HIDE." All manufacturers imprints are in black ink. There is an autograph in black marker rating a 9 on the inside pinky. The glove shows good game use. Accompanied by a LOA from Phil Niekro and an additional LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
