This 2003 Rawlings BP bat was used to delight and entertain fans during pre-game as Piazza worked on his powerful cut. Hit heavy with blue markings on the right and left sides of the barrel, along with cleat marks tamped into both respective sides. Light pine tar remains on the upper handle. Mike's number "31" is marked on the knob and barrel ends in black. A slight crack on the front barrel retired this item from player use.
