On the inside back headband of the cap is the "New Era" manufacturers tag. To the left of that is an additional manufacturers tag with the cap size "6 7/8" on it. To the right of the "New Era" tag is an additional "MLB Diamond Collection" manufacturers tag. On the front of the cap is the Cardinals "STL" embroidered in red on white thread. There is an autograph in black marker rating a 3-4 on the underside of the bill of the cap. The cap shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
