Group of seventeen (17) New York Mets caps: 16 blue with orange embroidered "NY" on the front - Mannie Johnson, Brett Hinchliffe, Grant Roberts, Jay Payton, Timo Perez, Jerrod Riggan, Desi Relaford, Brian Rose, Donnewau, numbers 17, 21, 34, 43, 52, and 54 and one unidentified player; one black with "NY" embroidered in blue, white and orange on the front - number 73. On the inside back headband of all the caps is the "New Era" manufacturers tag, an additional manufacturers tag with the cap size on it, and the "Official MLB Licensee" tag. Most of the caps have the player number written on the inside of the cap in black marker or pen. All of the caps show game use and appear to have no alterations of any kind
