On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Russell" manufacturers tag with wash instructions and the jersey size "50" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "PADRES" in blue on white and orange tackle twill. Across the back is "GWYNN" in white tackle twill. Below that is the player number "19" in orange on white tackle twill. On the right sleeve is the "Russell" embroidered logo. On the left sleeve is the "Padres" logo patch. On the inside back collar of the jacket is the "Starter" manufacturers tag with the jacket size "XL" on it. On the left breast is "SD" in orange tackle twill. Across the back is "GWYNN" in orange on white tackle twill. On the left sleeve at the cuff is the "Starter" embroidered logo. There is an autograph in black marker rating a 9 on the right front of the jacket. Both jersey and jacket show good use and appear to have no alterations of any kind. The jacket is accompanied by an LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
