MLB's all-time career home run hitter with 755, Hank Aaron is also ranked first in RBIs, total bases and extra base hits. From 1954 to 1976 with the Braves and the Brewers, Aaron was one of the most potent sluggers. With Atlanta, he led the NL in home runs four times and in RBIs four times. He was a two-time NL batting champ. Aaron was selected to the All-Star team in all of his 23 seasons. The 1957 NL MVP also was awarded Gold Gloves three times for his defensive play in the outfield. Aaron was elected to the Baseball HoF in 1982. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag. Below that is an additional "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag with wash instructions. Attached to that is an additional manufacturers tag with the jersey size "42" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "BREWERS." Below that on the left and on the back is the player number "44." All lettering and numbering is done in blue on yellow tackle twill. The jersey shows game use. The strip tag normally on the inside back collar of the jersey is missing. There appears to be no other alterations.
