Across the front is the team name "Expos" and below left is the player number "45" that also appears on the back. Across the back is the player name "Martinez." All the letters and numbers are in blue/red tackle twill. The Expos logo patch is on the left sleeve and the Jackie Robinson 50th anniversary patch is on the right. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations. Comes with an additional letter.
