On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Wilson" manufacturers tag with wash instructions and the jersey size "46" on it. On the inside back collar is an additional manufacturers tag with "12 - 1964 - 3 - 46" on it. Across the front is "CHICAGO." On the back is the player number "12." All lettering and numbering is done in blue on red felt. On the left sleeve is the "Cubs" embroidered logo patch. The jersey shows good game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
