On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Majestic" manufacturers tag. Attached to that is an additional manufacturers tag with "47" on it. On the inside back collar of the jersey is an additional manufacturers tag with "21 47 03 S6" on it. On the left breast is the "Cubs" logo patch in red, white and blue tackle twill. Across the back is "SOSA." Below that is the player number "21." On the left sleeve is the "C" team captain letter. All lettering and numbering is done in red on white tackle twill. On the back above the name is the official "MLB" embroidered logo. On the left sleeve is the "Majestic" embroidered logo. On the right sleeve is the official "National League" embroidered patch. There is an autograph in silver ink rating a 9 on the back of the jersey below the number. This jersey is from the game in which Sosa hit career homer number 532. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from Sammy Sosa and an additional LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
