On the inside back neck of the jacket is the "Goodman & Sons" manufacturers tag with wash instructions and the jacket size "42" on it. Below that is an additional blank white manufacturers tag. Across the back of the jacket is "GARVEY" in white tackle twill. The jacket shows good wear with loose threads on the lettering. On the inside back headband of the cap is the "New Era" manufacturers tag. To the left of that is an additional manufacturers tag with the cap size "7 1/8" on it. Adjacent to the "New Era" tag is the official "MLB" logo tag. On the front of the cap is "LA" in white tackle twill. There is an autograph in black marker rating a 9 on the underside of the bill of the cap. The jacket and cap show good use, and appear to have no alterations of any kind. The jacket and cap are accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
