On the inside front tail of the jersey is the "Rawlings" manufacturers tag with wash instructions and the jersey size "46" on it. Below that is attached an additional manufacturers tag with "21 75" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "TEXAS" in red on white and blue tackle twill. Across the back is "HARGROVE" in blue tackle twill. Below that is the player number "21" in red on white and blue tackle twill. There is an autograph in blue marker rating a strong 8 on the inside back collar of the jersey. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
