On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Russell" manufacturers tag with wash instructions on it. Attached to that are two additional manufacturers tags with the jersey size "46" and "2" EXTRA LENGTH" on them. Below that is an additional manufacturers tag with "2003" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "SEATTLE" in black on blue-green and white tackle twill. Across the back of the jersey is "MARTINEZ" in blue on blue-green tackle twill. Below that is the player number "11" in black on blue-green tackle twill. On the right sleeve is the official "Mariners 25th Anniversary" embroidered logo patch. On the left sleeve is the official "Mariners" embroidered logo patch. Below that is the "Russell" embroidered logo. On the back outside collar is the official "MLB" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
