On the front left tail is the "Wilson" label with size 42 and below is the year "1969" in blue stitching. On the inside neck is the player name in blue stitching "Velazquez". Across the left front of the jersey is the team name "Pilots". Above that is the embroidered "Pilots" team logo. On the front left of the jersey is the player number "39" that also appears on the back. All the letters and numbers are in blue on yellow tackle twill. The jersey shows game use and, with exception to a number change, appears to have no alterations.
