In a career that saw the Yankees dominate the sport, Mickey Mantle was an important cog in the New York machine. His bat helped the Bronx Bombers to seven World Championships and 12 American League Pennants. From 1951 through 1968 when he retired, Mantle hit 536 home runs and was named AL MVP three times. He was elected to the Baseball HoF in 1974. On the inside back collar of the 1952 home flannel replica jersey is the "Mitchell & Ness" manufacturers tag. On the left front tail is the "Cooperstown Collection" manufacturers tag. On the left breast is "NY" in blue felt. On the back of the jersey is the player number "7" in blue felt. On the left sleeve is the official "Yankees 50th Anniversary Year" embroidered logo patch. There is an autograph and "NO.7" in blue marker rating a 9 below the "NY" on the front of the jersey. The jersey is in excellent condition. Accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
