A framed 17" x 21" B&W photograph of Joe Dimaggio raising a flag with his Yankee teammates behind him at the New York Worlds Fair on October 3, 1938. On the lower right corner is an inscription to Joe McCarthy signed by Christie Walsh rating an 8. A 9-1/2" x 13-3/4" framed and matted artist Bill Gallo comic strip of Keith Hernandez graded in MT condition. The back of the frame has been signed by Keith Hernandez in blue marker reading "Player of the Month August 85" rating a 9. A 12-1/2" x 15-1/2" framed team photograph of the 1927 Yankees graded in EX condition. A 13" x 10" autographed comic of Warren Spahn that was drawn by Bill Gallo, graded in EX condition. The comic has been matted inside a 14" x 17" frame and is signed at the top in pencil by Bill Gallo reading "With Best Wishes" rating a 8. A 13" x 16" B&W photograph sectioned into four parts has been set inside a 22" x 21-1/2" frame. The photo shows various game highlights of the Yankees-Cardinals World Series and has an overall grade of EX. Below the photo is a 3" x 16" white numbered insert that corresponds to the pictures shown above it. Two 11-1/2" x 21" wooden Yankee Stadium Monument Park replica plaques of Babe Ruth and Lour Gehrig. The top half shows that actual plaque and the bottom half has a 7" x 6-1/4" short writing of the players career. Both plaques are graded in EX condition. A 10" x 40" B&W panoramic photograph taken on October 10, 1924 is from the 1924 World Series. The photograph is of a magnificent quality for the time and shows the players from the Senators and Giants, Umpires, Fans and President Calvin Coolidge posing for the picture. It has been folded and has a tear on the bottom giving the photo an overall grade of VG. This lot is accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
