This "Uniform Agreement for the Assignment of a Player's Contract to or by a Major League Club" allows the St. Louis Cardinals to "repurchase" HOFer Dizzy Dean from the Houston minor league club for $500.00. With 26 victories in 1931, the Cardinals brought him up for the 1932 season and the rest is history. Contract is in Fine condition, with wear around the edges and folds. Two copies included, with the Baseball Commissioner's stamp and the signatures of the club Presidents. Comes with a letter from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
