Tigers Stadium, which closed in 1999, was known as Navin Field from 1912-1937. Named after owner Frank Navin, the park opened on the same day as Fenway Park in Boston. This vintage wood and iron frame seat comes from that storied ballpark. Both the frame and wood have been painted green, and appears to have been repainted since its manufacture. Shows great use; several chips and dents on the wood, with some rusting on the lower base.
