One of the 50 greatest players in NBA history and considered to be the best defensive player ever, Bill Russell was elected to the Basketball HoF in 1975. The "Bill Russell" model canvas low-cut shoes have the manufacturers simulated "Bill Russell" signature tag on the bottom rear counter. On the inside outer counter of both shoes is the shoe size "13 ½" and model number "510T" stamped in black. Stamped on the sock lining is "RESILIANT HEEL MADE IN U.S.A." along with "Approved by Bill Russell" and "FULL SPONG INSOLE BUILT IN ARCH" and an image of Bill Russell. The shoes show light use. The rubber is slightly cracked at the junction of soles and uppers. One of the cotton laces is broken off at the end. Accompanied by a LOA from Russell's teammate Sam Jones.
