On the inside right front of the jacket is the "Rawlings" manufacturers tag with the jacket size "46" on it. Adjacent to that is an additional manufacturers tag with the player number "34" written on it in green pen. On the left breast is the official "Kentucky Colonel, Dog and Ball" embroidered logo patch. Across the back on the top and middle is "KENTUCKY" and "COLONELS" in white on black tackle twill. Between the lettering there is a blank green name plate that attaches to the jacket with six metal snaps. On the inside back waistband of the pants is the "Rawlings" manufacturers tag with the pants size "36" on it. The jacket shows extensive wear with stains, bleach spots and small tears, especially on the top left back of the jacket. The pants show excellent wear with several stains and several light holes worn through the surface to the lining on the right knee. The jacket and pants appear to have no alterations of any kind.
