Ralph Kaplowitz was a member of the original New York Knicks team in 1946. During the season, he was traded to the Philadelphia Warriors and ended up a member of the 1947 NBA Champion team. On the inside back collar of the jersey is the "A.G. Spalding" manufacturers tag. Across the front of the jersey is "NYU" in white. The sweater shows good use with several small stains. There appears to be no alterations of any kind. The sweater is accompanied by a February 1941 program from NYU vs. Notre Dame game at Madison Square Garden.
