On the front tail of the jersey is the "Puma" manufacturers tag. Adjacent to that is an additional tag with the jersey size "50" on it. Below is an additional tag with "99-00, SET #5" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "TIMBERWOLVES in white on black and silver tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "10" in white on black and silver tackle twill. Across the back is "SZCZERBIAK" in white on black tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. The jersey shows good game use. Velcro attached to front and back tail of jersey by team. There appear to be no other alterations of any kind.
