The Boston Garden opened in 1928 and was home to 16 Celtics' World Championships. The last great Celtics' son is HOFer Larry Bird, who led the team to three NBA Championships and was voted MVP for two of them. The Garden was demolished in 1997. This tan wood and iron vintage seat is from the original seats installed in the Boston Garden circa 1928. It has been signed in black marker rating a 9-10 on the curved upper seat back by Larry Bird. The frame shows evidence of refinishing. Accompanied by a LOA from PSA/DNA. Also comes with an Upper Deck certificate and a plaque that reads "Genuine artifact from the Boston Garden, home of the Boston Bruins 1928-1995, Boston Celtics 1946-1995, Authenticity guaranteed by NBG Corp., Boston, MA."
