One of the best linebackers in the early years of the American Football League, Larry Grantham joined the New York Titans in 1960. He stayed with New York when the team changed name to the Jets in 1963. During his 12-year career, he was selected to the Pro Bowl five times, 1962-64, 1966 and 1969. Inside the back collar of the jersey is a manufacturers tag with the jersey size "44" on it. On the front and back of the jersey is the player number "85" in white tackle twill. On each shoulder there are seven stars screen printed in blue. There is an autograph in blue marker rating a 9 on the front number "8" of the jersey. The jersey shows excellent game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
