The 1969 UPI Lineman of the Year with Notre Dame, McCoy was the second pick overall in the 1970 NFL Draft by the Packers. On the front tail of the jersey is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag. Below that is an additional "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag with wash instructions. Attached to that is an additional manufacturers tag with the jersey size "56" on it. Inside the back collar is an additional manufacturers tag with the jersey size "56" on it. On the front and back of the jersey and on both sleeves is the player number "76" screen printed in white. Across the back is "McCOY" in white tackle twill on a green name plate. The jersey shows excellent game use with some repairs by the team. There appears to be no other alterations.
