Since Brett Favre became the starting quarterback for the Packers in 1992, he has led the team to the playoffs ten times, including the NFC title in 1997 and a Super Bowl victory in 1996. A eight-time Pro Bowler, Favre is the NFL's only three-time MVP. In his 15 year career, Favre has compiled 49,734 passing yards and 376 touchdowns. He ranks behind only HoFers Dan Marino and John Elway in most of the league's career passing statistics. Favre has also thrown for 4902 yards and 33 touchdowns in the postseason. The jersey is custom cut and hemmed. On the inside right seam of the jersey is a manufacturers tag with wash instructions on it. On the inside back collar of the jersey is a manufacturers tag with "02-52" on it. On the bottom front collar is the official "NFL Equipment" embroidered logo. On the front, back and on each shoulder of the jersey is the player number "4." Across the back is "FAVRE" on a green name plate. All lettering and numbering is done in white tackle twill. On each sleeve is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. There is an autograph dated and inscription "4 2002 Season Game used" in black marker rating an 8 on the back number of the jersey. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from Brett Favre and an additional LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
