Ben Roethlisberger burst on the NFL scene in 2004. A little-known quarterback from Miami of Ohio, his 66.4% completions, 2,621 passing yards and 17 touchdowns led the Steelers to a 15-1 regular season record and into the AFC title game. Roethlisberger won all 13 of the regular season games he started, and was named the 2004 NFL Rookie of the Year. On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Reebok" manufacturers tag. Attached to that is an additional manufacturers tag with the jersey size "48" on it. On the inside back collar is an additional manufacturers tag with "04-48" on it. On the bottom front collar is the official "NFL Equipment" embroidered logo. On the left breast is the official "Steelers" embroidered logo patch. On the front, back and on both shoulders of the jersey is the player number "7" in black tackle twill. Across the back of the jersey is "ROETHLISBERGER" in black tackle twill on a white name plate. On each sleeve is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
