On the front left tail of the Phil Simms jersey is the "Apex One" label and the "93" year tag. At the base of the "V" neck is the "NFL" logo patch. The player number "11" appears on the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey in blue/red screened on numbers. Across the back is the player name "Simms" in blue ironed-on letters on a white nameplate. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations.
