In the neck of the Hugh Douglas teal jersey is a white label with black ironed-on numbers reading "02-44" denoting the year and size, respectively. Inside the "V" neck is the "NFL Equipment" embroidered patch. On the left front tail is the "Reebok" manufacturer's label which has been reattached by the team upside-down after hemming. Adjacent are two white flag tags labeled "46" and "4"LB" denoting size and four extra inches in body length, respectively. The right inside tail has a white label with material and wash information. On the back of the shirt is a teal nylon nameplate with the player name "Douglas." The player number "58" appears on the front, back, and on each shoulder of the jersey. All letters and numbers are made of white on mustard on black tackle twill. Featured on each sleeve is the "Reebok" logo patch and the "Jaguar" embroidered team logo patch. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations except for the hemming and reattached manufacturer's tag.
