On the left front tail of the jersey is the "Medalist Sand-Knit" manufacturers tag. Below that is an additional manufacturers tag with the jersey size "44" on it. On the inside right seam is an additional manufacturers tag with wash instructions on it. On the front, back and on each sleeve is the player number "81" in purple screen printing. Across the back of the jersey is "CARTER" in purple tackle twill on a white name plate. The jersey shows good game use with many dirt and other stains on the front. There appears to be no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA.
