Wide Receiver Cecil Turner played his entire six year career with the Chicago Bears from 1968 through 1973, making the pro-bowl once in 1970. The back of this Wilson manufactured helmet has been stamped with the helmet size but is not readable due to the layering of blue paint on the helmet. The interior of the helmet has the original suspension canvas webbing, leather ear pads, leather padded head cushions and facemask. The chinstrap is missing from the helmet. The white Chicago Bears "C" logo has been affixed to both sides of the helmet. On the inside left ear of the helmet is a piece of tape reading "TURNER" in blue marker and a Wilson warning label. On the inside right ear of the helmet is a piece of tape reading "21". There is an autograph in black marker rating a 6 on the right "C" logo. The helmet shows excellent game use with many scratches and nicks on the helmet's dark blue paint. Accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
