The jersey is custom hemmed. On the left front inside tail is the "Reebok" manufacturers tag. On the right front inside is an additional manufacturers tag with wash instructions on it. On the inside back collar is an additional manufacturers tag with "01-48" on it. On the bottom front collar is the official "NFL Equipment" embroidered logo. Below that is the official "Titans" embroidered name. On the front and back of the jersey is the player number "27" in black on light blue tackle twill. On each shoulder is the player number "27" in black on white tackle twill. Across the back is "GEORGE" in black tackle twill. On each sleeve is the official "Titans T" embroidered logo patch. Above that on each sleeve is the "Reebok" embroidered logo. The jersey shows good game use with a team repair on the left sleeve and dirt stains on the upper right front. There appears to be no alterations of any kind.
