On the left front tail of the jersey is the "adidas" manufacturers tag. Attached to that are two additional manufacturers tags with the jersey size "52" and "01" on them. On the inside lower left seam is an additional manufacturers tag with wash instructions on it. On the bottom front collar is the official "NFL Equipment" embroidered logo. Below that is the official "Buccaneers" embroidered name. On the front, back and on both shoulders of the jersey is the player number "14" in white on orange and black tackle twill. Across the back is "B. JOHNSON" in white tackle twill on a red name plate. On each sleeve is the official "Bucs Pirate Ship" embroidered logo patch. Above that is the "adidas" embroidered logo. There is an autograph in black marker rating a 9 on the "1" of the back player number, and "340 Completions 13 TD's 3406 YD's '2001" also in black marker in Johnson's hand on the "4" of the back player number. The jersey shows light game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
