On the left outside tail of the jersey is the "Champion" manufacturers tag with wash instructions and the jersey size "M" on it. Attached to that is an additional manufacturers tag with "4 EXTRA LENGTH" on it. On the front, back and on each sleeve of the jersey is the player number "22" screen printed in red on blue. Across the back of the jersey is "FLUTIE" screen printed in red on a white name plate. On the inside right front waistband of the pants is the "Wilson" manufacturers tag with wash instructions and the pants size "30" on it. Attached to that is an additional manufacturers tag with "LONG" on it. The jersey and pants show game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
