This 9" x 11" wooden plaque was presented to Packers HOFer Paul Hornung during his last year as an All-American at Notre Dame. On the plaque shield is engraved, "Rockne Club, Football Back Of The Year, To Paul Hornung, Notre Dame, 1957." One of the three stars affixed to the top of the plaque is missing, and the laurel leaf on the right is cracked but still attached. In overall EX condition with some minor scuffing on the brass and minor chips on the wood.
