Vintage 8" x 10" gridiron photo, signed, inscribed and dated by the most famous athlete of his age, Jim Thorpe, who added, "To My Pal, To Clarence Nelson, Jim Thorpe, 1950." Inducted into the Pro Football HOF in 1963, Thorpe excelled in every sport, winning the pentathlon and decathlon at the 1912 Olympics. The ballpoint signature grades an 8 and comes with a letter from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
