It has been signed by Don Miller in pencil rating a 9 and by Harry Stuhledreher, Elmer Layden and Jim Crowley in black pen, all rating 9. At the bottom are the dates written in black pen "3-1-40, 2-16-40, 3-15-40, 3-6-40". This cartoon has been folded and has an overall condition of EX. Accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
