This racquet lot includes the slotted throat Monogram (ca. 1940), the International (ca. 1950), the Dreadnought Driver (ca. 1948), the Forty (ca. 1920) and the Eighty (ca. 1930). The Monogram has a beautiful wood color with excellent decals. The International features a Soviet flag on the throat logo and has original green string with a very slight loss of decal on the shaft. The Forty was manufactured by the Narragansett Standard Machine Co. The logos, green and natural gut, orange leather butt cap and strap are all excellent. The quality of the "Live Wood" construction is superb. The Eighty was also manufactured by the Narragansett Standard Machine Co. It features a thin shaft with a large Phillips head screw and original unbroken string. The gold Narragansett logo is still beautifully intact.
