Rawlings OAL Budig baseball signed in pencil on the sweet spot by Bill Hanna and on the bottom panel by Joe Barbera, the famous cartoonists of Yogi Bear, The Flintstones, Scooby Doo and more. On the top panel is a pencil sketch of Tom from "Tom and Jerry," which Hanna Barbera took over producing in 1955. The signatures grade an 8-9 and the sketch grades a 9-10. Accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
