This is a 12" x 8-1/2" legal document signed by Queen Elizabeth on April 7, 1972. The document is an official pardon of a traffic offense and has been signed in the upper right corner by the Queen in blue ink rating a 9. Adjacent to the document is a 8" x 10" color photo of Queen Elizabeth, both photo and document have been matted inside a 17-1/2" x 22-1/2" frame. Accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
