Rare 20" x 30" WWI Savings Stamp poster with great period artwork by artist Casper Emerson Jr. Issued by the U.S. Treasury Dept. in 1917, this poster is in overall Fine condition with some small tears on the edges and a 2" fold separation at top. Minor tape repairs on back folds.
