A framed 13-1/2" x 11-1/2" typewritten letter to Mr. Thomas W. Evans (American Philanthropist, Dentist) of Paris, France on June 16, 1896. The letter was written at the time of the Republican Party Convention where McKinely was chosen on the first ballot. Also included is a 5" x 3-1/4" 13 page booklet of President McKinely's "Last Public Address" delivered in Buffalo, NY on September 5, 1901. The short "Thank You" letter has been signed by President McKinley in black fountain pen rating a overall 8. Accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
