On the front left tail of the jersey is the "Apex One" manufacturers tag with attached flag tag size "XL". On the front, back and on each sleeve is the player number "56" that has been screened in blue with red bordered numbering. Across the back is "TAYLOR" on a white nameplate screened in blue lettering. On the front at the neck is the official "NFL" embroidered logo. On both sleeves is the "Apex One" embroidered logo. There is an autograph inside the back number "6" done in silver marker. The jersey shows light use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by an LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
