Inside the back collar is a white label with "21 48 04" in black stitching. On the front left tail of the jersey is the "Majestic" manufacturers tag. Attached to that is an additional manufacturers tag with size "48" on it. On the front left breast of the jersey is the "Cubs" team logo. Across the back is "SOSA". On the back of the jersey is the player number "21". All lettering and numbering is done in blue on red tackle twill. On the left sleeve is the official "Cubs" embroidered logo patch. Below that is the "Majestic" embroidered logo. On the right sleeve is the "C" team captain patch. On the back outside collar is the official "MLB" embroidered logo. The jersey shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied with an additional LOA.
