On the inside back headband of the cap is the "New Era" manufacturers tag. To the right of that is an additional manufacturers tag with the cap size "7 1/8" and wash instructions. To the left of the "New Era" tag is an "Diamond Collection" manufacturers tag. On the underside of the bill of the cap is "9/20/98 VS COL #2922" in black felt pen. Inside the head of the cap is "19" written in black marker. On the front of the cap is the official Padres "SD" team logo. On the outside back of the cap is the official "MLB" logo. There is a autograph on the top of the bill in silver marker rating a 8. The cap shows game use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. Accompanied by a LOA from Jimmy Spence of PSA/DNA.
