On the front tail of the jersey is the "RUSSELL" manufacturers tag with wash instructions and size "48" on it. On the front, back and on each shoulder is the player number "92" screened in green on black lettering. Across the back is "WHITE" screened in green lettering on a white nylon name plate. On each sleeve is the official "Eagles" screened logo patch. On both sidepanels are twenty custom vent holes. On the bottom of the jersey is a crotchpiece with the top right button missing. The jersey shows game-use and with exception to the custom sidepanels appears to have no alterations of any kind.
