After scoring more than 20 points a game as a junior and senior at the University of Texas-El Paso, Nate "Tiny" Archibald was drafted by Cincinnati Royals' coach Bob Cousy in 1970. He logged 14 NBA seasons with Cincinnati, Kansas City, the Nets, Buffalo, Boston and Milwaukee and earned All-NBA First Team honors three times. Archibald played in six NBA All-Star Games, receiving MVP honors in the 1981 contest. In 1972-73, Tiny became only the second player (after Oscar Robertson) to lead the league and record double figures in both assists and scoring (11.4 assists and 34.0 points per game. His point guard skills helped the Boston Celtics to the 1981 NBA Championship. Archibald was named as one of the 50 greatest players in NBA history in 1996. Silver Relief medallion.
