On the front left tail of the jersey is the Nike manufacturer's tag with jersey size "50" on it. Attached is an "NBA AUTHENTICS" tag. Also attached is a "RAPTORS" tag and a flag tag reading "LENGTH +4." On the left hip is a flag tag with three white dots. Across the front of the jersey is "TORONTO" done in white on red tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "15" also done in white on red tackle twill. Across the back of the jersey is the player name "CARTER" done in white tackle twill. On the left breast of the jersey is the official "NBA" logo patch. The jersey is autographed in silver Sharpie below the player number on the back rating a 6. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind. The jersey is accompanied by a LOA from the Toronto Raptors Equipment Manager and an additional LOA from Jimmy Spence.
