Al Bianchi played for the Syracuse Nationals beginning in 1956-57, and stayed with the team when it moved and became the Philadelphia 76ers before the start of the 1963-64 NBA Season. Blue dureen jersey with red, white and blue stripe trim around neck and arm openings. On the inside bottom right seam of the jersey is the "Pearson Sporting Goods" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that is an additional manufacturer's tag with the jersey size "46" on it. Across the front of the jersey is "PHILA." Below that and on the back of the jersey is the player number "23." All lettering and numbering is done in red tackle twill. Surrounding the player number on the back of the jersey are 13 stars in white tackle twill. The jersey shows excellent game-use. There is a tear in the bottom of the "3" on the back of the jersey. There appears to be no alterations of any kind.
