Kobe Bryant is the son of former NBA player Joe "Jellybean" Bryant. In his second season Kobe was voted a starter for the 1998 All-Star Game, becoming at 19 the youngest All-Star in NBA history. On the front tail of the jersey is the "Reebok" manufacturer's tag. Attached to that are three additional manufacturer's tags with the jersey size "50," "LENGTH +4," and "2004-2005" on them. Across the front of the jersey is "LAKERS" in purple on white tackle twill. Below that and on the back is the player number "8" in purple on white tackle twill. Across the back is "BRYANT" in purple on white tackle twill. On the left breast is the official "NBA" embroidered logo. This jersey is made out of the new Reebok Play Dry material. The jersey shows game-use and appears to have no alterations of any kind.
